GMM Pfaudler US Inc completes acquisition of MixPro

GMM Pfaudler US Inc., (a wholly owned subsidiary of GMM Pfaudler Ltd) has completed the acquisition of Professional Mixing Equipment Inc. ("MixPro") by way of acquisition of 100% share capital of its holding company 2012875 Ontario Inc. on December 1, 2023.

Shares of GMM Pfaudler Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1498.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1491.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17003 in over 1814 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1511.90 and intraday low of 1495.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25545957.00.
