Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd acquires Himadri Clean Energy Ltd

Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd has completed acquisition of 100% Equity Shares of Himadri Clean Energy Limited (CIN: U20296WB2023PLC261077) ("Target Company"), by way of purchase of Equity Shares from the existing shareholders of the Target Company.

Consequent to the said acquisition, Himadri Clean Energy Limited has become the Wholly Owned Subsidiary ("WOS") of Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd ("the Company") w.e.f. 30 November 2023.

Shares of Himadri Speciality Chemical Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 273.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 263.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 623445 in over 12630 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 275.10 and intraday low of 249.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 165444805.00.
