EMS Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of EMS Ltd has declared interim dividend of 10% i.e. Rs. 1.00 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up, for the financial year 2023-24. The dividend shall be paid to the Equity Shareholders of the Company whose name appears in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of Depositories as on Friday, November 24th, 2023, which is the record date fixed for the said purpose. We would also like to inform you that the said Interim Dividend will be paid to the Equity Shareholders of the Company on and from Monday, December 04th, 2023.
