Choksi Imaging Board recommends dividend of 12%

Choksi Imaging Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, has recommended 12% dividend on the equity shares capital, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
