Zaggle enters into agreement with Toshiba Software India Pvt Ltd

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle), has entered into an agreement with Toshiba Software (India) Private Limited.

The Contract duration (in no. of months): 36 months.

- Per Active user Per month Subscription fee of INR 149 (1200 users)
- Active users are any employee of Toshiba who has submitted a report in each month, irrespective of the status of the report (report submission date to be considered as a reference for billable month)
- The per-user fee will increase by @5% after every completion of a year.
- Minimum Guarantee of 250 Users per month
- One-time set-up fee of INR 1,50,000 Above values are exclusive of GST.
- Order Size - INR 56.8 lac.

Shares of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 206.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 208.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35762 in over 2385 trades.
