Valiant Laboratories Ltd files RHP for IPO

Valiant Organics Limited had earlier announced about the proposed initial public offering of the equity shares of Valiant Laboratories Limited ("VLL") ("the IPO"), by way of fresh issue of up to 10,890,000 Equity Shares ("the Issue") for listing on BSE Limited ("BSE") and National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("NSE"). The Company's material subsidiary namely, VLL has filed Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) dated September 18, 2023 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai at Maharashtra on September 18, 2023 in accordance with applicable laws.

The Anchor Investor Bid/Issue period if any, shall be on Tuesday, September 26, 2023. Further, theBid/Issue will open on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 and close on Tuesday, October 03, 2023.

The proposed listing and Issue price of Equity Shares are subject to many factors including but not limited to regulatory approvals, book building process under Indian regulations, external factors and prevailing market conditions. Shareholders and potential Investors are advised to exercise caution before taking an investment decision in the Issue.

Shares of Valiant Organics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 506.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 504.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11618 in over 1405 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 509.75 and intraday low of 498.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5841401.00.
