Future Consumer Limited completes sale of stake in Amar Chitra Katha Pvt Ltd

Future Consumer Limited has completed sale of 3,61,290 shares of Amar Chitra Katha Private Limited ("ACKPL") to the respective purchasers. Post completion of sale of aforesaid shares, ACKPL has ceased to be the subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of Future Consumer Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 0.98 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 727578 in over 689 trades.
