Transpek Industry Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 27.5

The Board of Directors of Transpek Industry Ltd at its meeting held on May 18, 2023 has recommended and approved the dividend of Rs. 27.5/- (275%) per equity share on the face value of Rs. 10/- each which shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The dividend will be paid within 30 days of its declaration by the shareholders at the AGM.
