Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 10 for FY2023

The Board of directors of Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd has recommended dividend at the rate of Rs. 10/- per equity share (100%) of face value of Rs.10/- each of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023.

The dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
