Sunshield Chemicals Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Sunshield Chemicals Ltd has approved the recommendation of payment of final dividend @ Rs. 2/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2023, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 36th Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The dividend, if approved, shall be paid/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of its approval by the shareholders, at the AGM.
