IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 20

The board of directors of IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 20/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23 (i.e., 200% of the face value), subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). Pursuant to Regulation 42 of Listing Regulations, the Board has fixed Thursday, May 11, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the names of members eligible for the payment of above said final dividend for FY 2022-23 whose names appear in the Register of Members maintained by the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agents / List of Beneficial Owners, as received from the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).

Shares of Indiamart Intermesh Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 5364.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5246.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9209 in over 2117 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 5410.00 and intraday low of 5212.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 49112651.00.
