Anant Raj Ltd approves final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Anant Raj Ltd at their meeting held on today i.e. April 25, 2023, have, considered and approved final dividend @ 25% i.e. Re. 0.50 per equity share (face value of Rs. 2 per equity share) for the Financial Year 2022-23, which shall be subject to the approval of shareholders at its ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, which shall be paid / dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration.

Shares of Anant Raj Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 140.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 140.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 170716 in over 2721 trades.
