Poddar Pigments Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of Poddar Pigments Limited in its meeting held today at 11.30 A.M. and concluded at 12.15 P.M. have, considered, approved and declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.50/- per Equity Share i.e. 35% on face value of Rs. 10/- per share for the financial year 2022-23.

The Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-23 will be paid to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company and as beneficial owners in the Depositories, as on the Record Date fixed for the purpose i.e. 22nd March, 2023.

The Interim Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the declaration of Interim Dividend, subject to applicable taxes, in terms of the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

Shares of Poddar Pigments Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 267.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 275.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1698 in over 234 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 299.00 and intraday low of 265.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 467106.00.
