Suryalata Spinning Mills Ltd to acquire 100% in Suntree Solar Energy Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of Suryalata Spinning Mills Ltd at their meeting held today i.e., the Friday, the 6th day of January, 2023, has considered and approved the acquisition of 100% shareholding of Suntree Solar Energy Private Limited as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Suryalata Spinning Mills Limited; as Suntree Solar Energy Private Limited (SPV) owns 10 MW Solar Plant and its PPA for sale of power.

Shares of SURYALATA SPINNING MILLS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 301.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 308.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4323 in over 97 trades.
