IRB InvIT Fund declares distribution of Rs. 2 per unit

The Board of Directors of the Investment Manager of IRB InvIT Fund ("the Trust") at its meeting held on Friday, July 29, 2022 has declared 1st Distribution of Rs. 2.00/- per Unit, for the financial year 2022-23. The distribution will be paid as Rs. 1.20/- per Unit as Interest and Rs. 0.80/- per Unit as Return of Capital. subject to applicable taxes, if any.

August 4, 2022 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of this Distribution and it will be paid 1 dispatched to the eligible Unitholders on or before August 12, 2022.

Shares of IRB InvIT Fund was last trading in BSE at Rs. 56.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 56.92. The total number of shares traded during the day was 47890 in over 394 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 57.48 and intraday low of 55.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2694237.00.
