Indo Amines Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The board of directors of Indo Amines Ltd has recommended Final Dividend of 10% i.e. 0.50 paisa per equity share having face value of Rs.5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company ('29th AGM').
