United Drilling Tools Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.60

The Board of Directors of M/s United Drilling Tools Ltd. at its meeting held on May 25, 2022 has recommended final dividend of Rs 0.60/- (i.e. 6%) per equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
