Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.25

The Board of Directors of Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd at its meeting held on 24th May, 2022 has recommended Dividend on Equity Share Capital for the Financial year 2021-22 at the rate of 12.50% (Re.1.25/-) per equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The said dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid within 30 days from the date of approval of the same by the shareholders.
