Ashok Leyland Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of Ashok Leyland Ltd has approved the recommendation of Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2022. The Board have recommended a dividend of Re.1/- per equity share of Re.1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 to the shareholders for approval. The said dividend, if approved at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), shall be paid on or before August 27, 2022.
