The Board of Directors of Eicher Motors Limited at its Meeting held today i.e. May 13, 2022, has subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting, approved dividend of Rs. 21/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. The Dividend shall be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of shareholders' approval.
