Maral Overseas Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Maral Overseas Ltd at their meeting held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 has recommended the dividend on Equity Shares at the rate Rs. 2/- per share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Dividend will be paid / dispatched within 30 days from the declaration at the Annual General Meeting. The date of the Annual General Meeting will be announced in due course of time.
