Mahanagar Gas Ltd board approves final dividend of Rs. 15.50

The Board of Directors of Mahanagar Gas Ltd at their meeting held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 has approved Final Dividend of Rs.15.50 per equity share having face value of Rs.10/-each (i.e. 155%) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Mahanagar Gas Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 748.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 761.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18197 in over 1391 trades.
