Paisalo Digital Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Paisalo Digital Ltd at their meeting held on Friday, May 06, 2022, has recommended the Dividend of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) per fully paid equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
