Adani Enterprises Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of directors of Adani Enterprises Limited has recommended Dividend of Re. 1.00 (@ 100%) for the Financial Year 2021-22 per Equity Share having face value of Re. 1 each, fully paid up, subject to approval by shareholders of the Company.

The Company will announce in due course the date on which it will hold Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022 and the date from which dividend will be paid or demand drafts / warrants thereof will be dispatched to the shareholders.
