Newgen Software Technologies Ltd Board recommends final dividend of Rs. 4.50

The Board of directors of Newgen Software Technologies Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.50/- (Four Rupees and Fifty paise) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each, (i.e., 45% on the paid-up equity share capital) of the Company for the financial year 2021-22.

The Dividend on equity shares, if declared, at the ensuing AGM, will be credited/dispatched to the eligible members after the AGM within the time limit as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.

Shares of Newgen Software Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 458.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 467.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8157 in over 638 trades.
