Tata Metaliks recommends final dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of Directors of Tata Metaliks Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held today, i.e., April 22, 2022, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 8/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10.00/- each (80%) to the shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022.

The dividend recommended by the Board of the Company is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and will be paid as per applicable guidelines.

Shares of Tata Metaliks Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 864.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 861.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11181 in over 753 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 873.35 and intraday low of 857.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9704323.00.
