Patel Engineering arm divests stake in Naulo Nepal Hydroelectric Pvt Ltd

Patel Energy Resources Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of Patel Engineering Ltd has disinvested its entire stake in Naulo Nepal Hydroelectric Private Limited (hereinafter known as "NNHPL"), a subsidiary in Nepal for Rs. 11.53 crores (gross).

Consequent to the above transaction, NNHPL ceased to be the subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of Patel Engineering Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 24.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 24.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 183917 in over 496 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 25.65 and intraday low of 23.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4559384.00.
