The meeting of the Board of Directors of VISAGAR FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED held today has approved the allotment of 3,25,09,000 Bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2 i.e., 1 (one) Equity shares of Rs. 1/- each for every 2 (Two) existing fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each held by the Members as on Record Date i.e. January 21, 2022.
