Spandana Sphoorty Financial to raise funds of Rs. 300 crores

The Board of Directors of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited at their meeting held today, i.e. on January 10, 2022, discussed and approved the proposal of raising of funds by way of further issue of securities through private offerings and / or qualified institutions placement or other permissible mode under the applicable laws and / or any combination thereof, in one or more tranches, for an aggregate amount not exceeding INR 300 Crores, subject to applicable laws, and necessary Members of the Company / Regulatory approvals, as applicable.

Shares of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 394.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 400.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 44695 in over 2360 trades.
