Sarthak Metals Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Sarthak Metals Limited at its meeting held today i.e., Monday, 03rd January, 2022 had considered and declared the Interim Dividend at the rate of Re. 1 (10%) per Equity Share bearing Face Value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22.

Thursday, 13th January 2022 has been fixed as 'Record Date' to determine the list of eligible members for the payment of Interim Dividend.

Shares of Sarthak Metals Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 118.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 120.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 373 in over 20 trades.
