eMitra@Home is the new-age user-friendly online service provider for the Government services. Citizen can book their request by either calling a call centre or through their mobile app and once the requests are processed, the certificates are delivered at their doorstep. The entire process has been seamlessly streamlined and the workflow made simple and efficient. Atishay Limited is proud to be associated with this initiative as the technology partner.
The pilot project is the first of its kind in India. CM Shri Ashok Gehlot himself launched the largest and first of its kind project. With this advancement, citizens would no longer need to visit different Government offices or courts, instead, they can get authorized listed government documents right at their doorstep. This move would help the government to better assist the people, enhance their end-to-end customer journey and ensure seamless integration between various government departmental applications. As the technology partner, Atishay Limited would be deploying the necessary IT architecture including unification software, employing service representatives, training them, managing their operations, and integrating the unification software with the e-Mitra application.
The Wholetime Director and incharge of this Project Mr. Archit Jain, said, "We are thrilled to be part of this progressive government initiative e-Mitra that brings government services in a transparent and cost-effective manner to the doorstep of citizens. The platform offers more than 450 G2C and B2C services. We are happy to be working for RISL as their chosen technology partner and will utilize this opportunity to become the aggregator for delivering government services in a smart and efficient fashion to the citizens of Rajasthan. We are convinced that this project will alleviate the pain faced by common citizens and we are optimistic about our ability to build a better future. We shall continue to cater to newer geographies, build on our strengths and leverage on innovation to drive further growth momentum and maximising value for all our stakeholders".
The eMitra@Home project is expected to bring tremendous relief to the citizens of Rajasthan and could become a role model for similar projects in the rest of the country. Atishay Limited hopes to make a difference to the common citizens by supporting government initiatives with the use of smart technology so that it reaches the underserved sections of the population.
