Onward Technologies Limited to acquire 100% in NV Pune Technology Park Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of Onward Technologies Limited at its meeting held today, on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, have accorded their approval for acquisition of 100% equity shares and preference shares of NV Pune Technology Park Private Limited and authorising directors and other officials of the Company for execution and signing of Share Purchase Agreement and other transaction documents in this regard.

Shares of Onward Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 283.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 268.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 63335 in over 1151 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 295.50 and intraday low of 262.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18405589.00.
