Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 5.50

The Board of Directors of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 5.50 per equity share, of the face value of Rs.5/- each i.e.110 percent, for the Financial Year 2021-2022.

Tuesday, the 23rd November,2021 is the Record Date for determining eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said Interim Dividend. The dividend will be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before 11.12.2021.
