Kitex Garments Ltd forms subsidiary Kitex Apparel Parks Ltd

Kitex Garments Ltd has incorporated a new subsidiary company under the name of 'Kitex Apparel Parks Limited' (KAPL) on November 18, 2021 and shall be engaged in establishment and carrying on the business of Infantswear manufacturing and other allied activities.

The Company has subscribed to the shares worth of Rs. 70 crores in KAPL divided into 7 crores shares of Rs. 10 each.

The Subsidiary company is engaged in establishment and carrying on the business of textile items, such as yarn, fabrics, garments, wearing apparels made from natural or synthetic fibres or from blends of both including children's garments, babywear, Infantswear, menswear, ladies wear irrespective of age limit and the like and also to procure all raw material and other auxiliary materials! services required for the above.

Shares of Kitex Garments Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 171.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 179.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 156446 in over 4012 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 185.95 and intraday low of 168.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27779205.00.
