Gayatri Tissue & Papers Ltd to market coal in India on commission basis

Gayatri Tissue & Papers Limited (GTPL) (The Company) has entered into an Agency Agreement with VR Commodities Private Limited (VRCPL) to market the Coal in India at a commission of Rs 100/- per MT, payable on receipt of monies from the parties.

VRCPL is in the business of mining, marketing and selling Coal and the appointed the Company as their agent to market and sell Coal stocks of the VRCPL lying in India to the Buyers.

The company is a Step-down Subsidiary of M/s. VRCPL and the proposed agreement will help the company to expand its business in the new domain and new markets.
