Gujarat Terce Laboratories Ltd appoints MD and CEO

Based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., October 28, 2021 has appointed Mr. Aalap Prajapati (DIN:08088327) as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of Gujarat Terce Laboratories Ltd for a further period of five (5) years with effect from October 28, 2021 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Mr. Aalap Prajapati takes over from Mr. Natwarbhai Prajapati who has been appointed as the Chairman of Gujarat Terce Laboratories Limited.
