Weizmann Ltd board to consider buy back on Oct 16, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Weizmann Ltd is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 16th October, 2021, to consider a proposal for buy back of equity shares of the Company.

The ongoing Window closing period from Friday, 1st October, 2021 till the 48 hours after the declaration of results for quarter and half year ended 30th September 2021 will continue to be applicable for the proposed corporate action of Buyback of Equity Shares.
