Mrs. Jyothi Prasad (DIN:06947488) Independent Director of Granules India Ltd has vide resignation letter dated October 06, 2021 resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect, on account of personal reasons.

There are no other material reasons for her resignation other than those provided above.
