QGO Finance Ltd approves issue of NCDs for Rs. 30 crore

The Board of Directors of QGO Finance Limited ("The Company") held today i.e. Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 10:15 AM and concluded at 10.35 AM have approved issuance of Unsecured, unlisted, redeemable, Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) under Private Placement basis upto Rs. 30 Crore within the borrowing limits of the Company as approved by the shareholders.
