SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd announces resignation of Mr. Ram Krishna Agarwal as Director

Mr. Ram Krishna Agarwal (DIN: 00416964) has stepped down from the position of Independent Director of SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd with effect from 17th September, 2021 due to his pre-occupations with various professional and social commitments.

Further, in view of the change in the nature of the business to fee based and that the Company is already meeting the statutory requirement of minimum number of Directors on the Board of the Company, no new Director is presently proposed to be appointed in his place.

Shares of SREI Infrastructure Finance limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 9.01 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9.21. The total number of shares traded during the day was 228396 in over 622 trades.
