Mr. Venugopalan Kesavan resigns as Group CFO of Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd

Mr. Venugopalan Kesavan, Group Chief Financial Officer and a Key Managerial Personnel of Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons and will be relieved from service with effect from the close of business hours on 12th November 2021.

The Company is taking necessary steps for appointing a new Chief Financial Officer and the same will be announced on the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer.

Shares of Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 535.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 537.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3499 in over 396 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 541.7 and intraday low of 530.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1879032.
