GV Films Ltd board approves proposal to change name, change registered office

The board of directors of GV Films Ltd at its meeting held today have approved the proposal to change the name of the company. Necessary steps will be taken by the Board to avail the same subject to availability.

The board also approved the Change of Registered Office of the company from the State of Maharashtra under the jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies, Mumbai to the State of Tamil Nadu under the jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies, Chennai.

Shares of G.V. Films Ltd., was last trading in BSE at Rs. 0.96 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1.01. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3260449 in over 710 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1.06 and intraday low of 0.96. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3153758.
