South Asian Enterprises Limited completes acquisition of 60.34% in Chai Thela Pvt Ltd

South Asian Enterprises Limited has completed the acquisition of 7359 of equity shares consisting of 60.34% of Equity Capital of Chai Thela Private Limited ("CTPL") at the price approved by the Board involving outlay of about Rs.29 lacs. With the acquisition of aforesaid Equity on 23/08/2021, CTPL has become the subsidiary of the Company from the same date. This is for your information and record.
