HeidelbergCement India Ltd board appoints Ms. Jyoti Narang as additional director

Based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of HeidelbergCement India Ltd in its meeting held today i.e., 18 August 2021, approved the appointment of Ms. Jyoti Narang (holding DIN 00351187) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a term of five years from 18 August 2021 until 17 August 2026 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of HeidelbergCement India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 261 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 255.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16733 in over 893 trades.
