The Board of Directors of the Company ('Board'), at their meeting held on Thursday, August 12, 2021, has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Rajagopalan Raghavan (DIN: 03627923) ('Raj Raghavan') as Additional Director (Independent Non-Executive Director), for a term of 3 years, with effect from August 12, 2021, subject to approval of the shareholders and he shall not be liable to retire by rotation.
