Government offers shares of HUDCO to its employees through OFS

The President of India, acting through the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India proposes to offer upto 80,07,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to the eligible employees of Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) at a market determined price of Rs. 45 per equity share through Employee Offer for Sale ("Employee OFS").

This Offer for Sale shall remain open from August 9, 2021 (10.00 AM) to August 11, 2021 (5:00 PM) (both days inclusive).

Shares of Housing &Urban Development Corporation Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 43.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 44.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 388395 in over 2817 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 44.7 and intraday low of 43.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17013717.
