Kirloskar Industries Limited's arm approves revised plan for its land parcel at Kothrud, Pune

The Board of Directors of Avante Spaces Limited (formerly known as Wellness Space Developers Limited), Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Kirloskar Industries Limited, have considered and approved the revised plan in respect of mixed-use development on its land parcels at Kothrud, Pune. This will consist of mixed-use development of approximately 1.8 million sq. ft. leasable area, as per the revised Concept Design Drawings and strategies presented before the Board of Directors of Avante Spaces Limited. This has been done pursuant to the Unified Development Control Regulation notified on 2nd December 2020, which has impacted positively on project development for Floor Space Index (FSI) and leasable area.

Shares of Kirloskar Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1696.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1705.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 158 in over 45 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1706.4 and intraday low of 1690. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 268248.
