Indian Energy Exchange Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1.5 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Indian Energy Exchange Ltd at its meeting held on July 22, 2021, have recommended final dividend of Rs. 1.5/- (One Rupee and Fifty Paisa only) per equity share of Re. 1/- (Rupee One) each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of shareholder's approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Indian Energy Exchange Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 445.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 426.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 239284 in over 6318 trades.
