Refex Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Refex Industries Ltd at its meeting held on June 30, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 Paise (5%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
