Weizmann Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Weizmann Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. on 29th June, 2021 have considered and recommended Dividend @ 5% i.e Rs. 0.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each. The dividend will be paid by the Company to the Shareholders subject to the approval of the same by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of WEIZMANN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.58.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 58.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11413 in over 163 trades.
